Unless you are ordering on the spot at our Photo Booth, Please allow us between 1-2 business days for processing your photo cookie order.
You will be notified as soon as your order is ready via email.
Photo requirements;
- File type needs to be PNG or JPEG
- Best image size is 1:1. The cookie canvas size is roughly 3.5 inch x 3.5 inch (9 cm x 9 cm) circle.
- For the best results, the subject should be in the center of the image.
- All photos should be high resolution images - if it is hard to see on the computer, it will be hard to see on the cookie.
- Brighter is better! Darker images are hard to print and sometimes do not show as well - please contact us ahead of time if you have concerns.
- If edits (colour, size, brightness, quality or file type etc.) are required - you will be contacted, and your order may be cancelled if we are unable to reach you within 5 days.
How to send us your photo(s):
- Please fill in this form once you have received your order confirmation email.
- If you are purchasing multiple cookies for multiple photos - please ensure that you indicate the amount of cookies for each photo. Failure to do so may result in the wrong number of cookies being printed.
Photo cookies are currently only available in the flavours available through this listing.
Cookie Care
- Cookies remain fresh for up to 6 weeks (sealed) at room temperature
- Do not refrigerate - this will cause moisture in the bags and damage to any decorative details.
- Avoid exposing cookies to direct sunlight and high temperatures for the same reason as refrigeration.
- You can freeze them!
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to three months in the freezer.
- To thaw: leave the container out at room temperature (without opening it) for about 4 hours
