Each bag of meringues is labeled with ingredient information and heat- sealed in a clear bag to maintain freshness.

From product packaging date:

• At room temperature, sealed in their package (or air-tight container), meringues can remain fresh for up to 12 weeks
• At room temperature, open or exposed, meringues can go stale or become tacky within a day.

Avoid

• Freezing and Refrigeration
• Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
• Extreme temperatures

This can cause or condensation to form within the packaging, causing meringues to melt and become tacky in texture.

All products are made in a nut-free kitchen, where all ingredients are sourced to ensure that they do not contain nuts, tree-nuts, coconut, or sesame seeds
