Each package comes labeled with ingredient information.

Cookies are heat-sealed in a clear bag to maintain freshness, while the buttercream is packaged separately in a small clear cup with a lid

This product can be stored at room temperature, refrigerated or frozen.

From product packaging date:

Cookies;

• At room temperature, sealed in their package (or air-tight container), will remain fresh for up to 6 weeks
• Freeze for an additional 3 months of shelf life.

Dip;

• When left at room temperature, buttercream is best consumed within a couple days
• Refrigerated, can remain fresh for approx 2-3 weeks
• Freeze for an additional 3 months of shelf life.

Avoid

• Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
• Extreme high temperatures

This can cause the buttercream to spoil or melt within the packaging.

All products are made in a nut-free kitchen, where all ingredients are sourced to ensure that they do not contain nuts, tree-nuts, coconut, or sesame seeds

Freezing instructions:

Place the bagged cookie into a sealed, airtight, container prior to freezing.

Product can remain frozen for up to three months.

Thawing instructions:

Prior to opening the lid of the container, allow it to remain at and come to room temperature.

The container should only be opened once all visible condensation is gone.
